Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 AUD (7-14 business days)
- Express Shipping: $14.99 AUD (5-7 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 AUD
Delivery Times
We ship to all addresses within Australia. Estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days for standard shipping and 5-7 business days for express shipping after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including customs delays, public holidays, and courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
